The biggest spring meeting of collectors will take place from 22 to 23 March at the Olympik Hotel****. Over eighty dealers from all over the world will be heading to the Czech Republic. They will be offering stamps, coins, banknotes, medals, postcards and other collecting material to more than three thousand visitors.
Prague, a centuries-old beauty on the Vltava River, captivates tourists all year round. But spring in Prague has its own unmistakable charm. The city awakens from its winter slumber, parks and gardens are enveloped in colourful blossoms and the sun’s rays beckon you to stroll along its historic streets.
Sights in bloom
Springtime Prague is ideal for sightseers. Stroll along Charles Bridge, visit Prague Castle, the seat of Czech kings, and explore St. Vitus Cathedral, the Old Royal Palace and Golden Lane. On sunny days, head to Petřín Hill, home to the romantic lookout tower and the picturesque Mirror Maze.
Beer Paradise
Prague is also famous for its beer halls, which offer a wide selection of Czech beers and delicious gastronomic specialties. Experience the authentic atmosphere and taste the legendary Pilsner Urquell beer in the historic U Pinkasů brewery or the black beer from the U Fleků brewery, where beer has been brewed continuously for more than 500 years.
Prague – the capital of collectors
The Sberatel Fair is held 3 times a year in Prague. Spring Sberatel (22-23 March) and Christmas Sberatel (22-23 November) at the Olympik Hotel**** and Autumn Sberatel (6-7 September) at the PVA Expo. Each year, over 10,000 people and 230 dealers from around the world visit the Autumn Sberatel Fair. Dealers can visit the fair with a special ticket as early as Sept. 5 during the “afternoon for dealers.”
